What credit score do I need to get a mortgage in NC?+

Most conventional loans want a 620+ score, FHA can go to 580 (and sometimes lower with compensating factors), and VA loans are flexible. I'll review your full picture, not just a number.

How much do I need for a down payment?+

It depends on the program. VA and USDA can be 0% down. FHA is 3.5%. Many conventional loans are 3–5% down for qualified buyers. I'll help you weigh the trade-offs.

Do you only serve certain parts of North Carolina?+

I'm licensed throughout North Carolina — Raleigh, Charlotte, the Triad, Asheville, Wilmington, and everywhere between.

How long does the mortgage process take?+

Most purchase loans close in 21–28 days from a complete application. Refinances are typically 18–30 days.
